These terms govern your use of the ChinaSavvy app.
The developer of ChinaSavvy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal travel preparation, subject to these terms.
Full access is a one-time unlock sold as a non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not require a ChinaSavvy account or login. The price is the store's localized price for your region.
Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under that store's rules. The app and the developer do not receive your payment method, card number, or payment account information.
ChinaSavvy provides travel information and preparation guidance. Its content is for reference only. The developer does not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, or current. Check official sources before relying on it.
The app links to third-party services, including Trip.com for attractions, train tickets and eSIM plans, and other eSIM and VPN providers; Trip.com and Saily links may earn ChinaSavvy a commission, and their prices, availability, purchase terms and privacy policies are set by those providers. ChinaSavvy does not sell these services or process their payments, and a recommendation does not guarantee connectivity in China or a successful purchase.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its content are provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for your particular travel needs. The developer does not guarantee visa or entry eligibility, third-party services, or travel outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on the app's content or use of linked third-party services. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
