How do I restore a purchase?

On iOS and Android, open More → Full access → Restore purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled under Apple or Google Play's rules. Use the Apple refund request page or the Google Play refund request flow. Google Play may direct some users to contact the app developer; if that happens, email us at the address above. ChinaSavvy has no user accounts, so the developer cannot look up a purchase from a ChinaSavvy profile or submit a request on your behalf. The developer may be able to help with Google Play refund options under Google's rules.
